Today's the day!

Well I'm sitting in the Colorado Springs airport waiting for my plane to board. There's no turning back now! I'm nervous and excited at the same time. It's a weird feeling. I cant wait to meet my host family! I've already talked to my host mom on the phone. She's very nice. I know everything will work out! See you in 7 months! ¡Nos vemos!

Just the beginning

I'm leaving in 23 days to spend the summer and the fall semester in Costa Rica. I know it'll be here sooner than I think. This is the blog I'll keep while I'm gone. I'm going to do my best to keep this updated with pictures, stories, and anything else that's cool.

Who knows... maybe I'll even teach you a little Spanish.
